Westwood Creative Artists is one of Canada’s oldest and most respected literary agencies. We take enormous pride in our superbly talented roster of clients, and in the phenomenal recognition their work receives from publishers, critics, and award juries in North America and throughout the world. Working out of the historic Chelsea Shop, in Toronto’s Huron-Sussex neighbourhood, our staff of fourteen includes eight literary agents who are supported by a dedicated administrative and bookkeeping staff, in-house international rights and film/TV and multimedia rights teams, and an outstanding network of twenty-five international co-agencies.

In addition to negotiating international publishing rights for literary properties, WCA handles film, television, and stage adaptation rights, as well as podcasting and other multimedia rights, for our literary clients, both directly and in association with co-agents.

While each of us has our own particular interests, passions, and priorities, we are united in our commitment to our clients and in our desire to bring work of lasting value to an appreciative international readership.
