Morris‘s BAD LESSONS, a work of narration, stories, and lyrical letters from a Black Canadian educator to the young Black males he teaches; exploring masculinity, memory, culture, and care, these “lessons” serve as both balm and armor as they step into the world, to Anne Shone at Tundra Books, in a nice deal, for publication in fall 2027, by Chris Casuccio at Westwood Creative Artists (world).
